As an Admin Support Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of the office. This position requires you to manage administrative tasks, support staff with various needs, and uphold a high standard of customer service. Your contributions will help create a productive work environment.
Manage office correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Maintain and organize office records and files. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Provide general support to staff and visitors.
Handle phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel. Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
Ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
