Handle comprehensive facility management including maintenance schedules, compliance checks, safety protocols, and emergency response readiness.
Monitor warehouse safety and security controls in collaboration with the security team to maintain a secure working environment.
Coordinate setup, maintenance, and compliance activities for new warehouse projects and expansions.
Maintain records related to facility maintenance, vendor contracts, procurement, compliance reports, and manpower deployment.
Prepare administrative reports, MIS dashboards using MS Excel and communicate effectively through professional business email writing.
Ensure adherence to all statutory and organizational policies related to safety, maintenance, and procurement.
Address and resolve administrative challenges, facilitating smooth workflow and teamwork among warehouse staff and admin teams.

Qualifications
Graduate degree in Administration, Business Management, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in facility, administrative, or warehouse operations management.
Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, and facility compliance.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety regulations is preferred.
