The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a pleasant demeanour, and the ability to manage incoming queries and calls with confidence and patience. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and organized environment for students, parents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:



Qualification:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Presentable appearance

and professional demeanour at all times.

Pleasant and approachable

personality with a positive attitude.

Confident in handling calls and addressing concerns or queries

with calmness and clarity.

Computer knowledge

(MS Office, email communication, data entry). Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure. Prior experience in a similar role (especially in an educational setting) is preferred but not mandatory.
