About this opportunity ! We are now looking for \'Administration Specialist\' in the area of Cash Collection & Credit Management to perform administrative activities. The administrative activities are performed as a service for other functional areas, to support different processes with a goal of optimal efficiency and seamless experience to stakeholders Responsibilities! Keep track of invoices generated and download from system Coordinate internally with other functions for compilation of IR (Industrial Relationship) Compliance documents Timely submission of Invoices to Customer along with other necessary documents including IR Compliance Ensure data quality & correctness of all documents and Invoices Submit invoice list to Customer in a predefined template to facilitate the AR (Account Receivables) processing Maintain Invoice, Goods receipt and approval flow Monitor Invoice routing in the system for approval process Maintain tracker of all invoices submitted to Customer along with their latest status Sharing of tracker & timely updates with Cash Collection team & Customer Follow up for rejected / non-validated cases with Customer Resubmission of invoices & other necessary documents to Customer as & when needed Interface internally with other functions including Cash Collection team to seamlessly coordinate all aspects of the deliverables To be successful in the role, you must have: Education: Graduate degree or equivalent qualification, in Commerce stream. Candidates with additional qualification will be preferred Minimum 3 to 4 years, preferably in a corporate environment Ability to write and reply to emails Good Communication, both written & spoken and Interpersonal skills Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) & Analytical ability Basic Finance & Taxation Knowledge Exposure to interfacing & front ending with customers would be advantageous Team-oriented and ability to work cross-functionally with other groups Consistency in delivering customer service excellence with a knack for identifying customer requirement & solutions Working with people, Delivering results and meeting customer expectations, Creative and innovative Why Join Ericsson At Ericsson, you\'ll have an outstanding opportunity.
