To ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the preschool by managing admissions, operations, parent communication, and staff coordination -- maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction aligned with the FirstCry Intellitots brand.
Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Enquiry Management
Handle all walk-in, call, and online enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
Maintain enquiry and follow-up registers.
Convert enquiries into admissions through consistent follow-up and positive communication.
Assist in conducting campus tours and presentations for parents.
Coordinate with the Centre Head for enrolment targets and admissions campaigns.
2.
Front Office & Parent Communication
Be the first point of contact for parents, vendors, and visitors.
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Handle fee-related queries, issue receipts, and maintain accurate fee records.
Communicate important updates, circulars, and event information to parents.
Maintain confidentiality and handle grievances professionally.

Operations & Facility Management
Ensure the preschool premises are clean, safe, and ready before school hours.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
Manage vendor relationships for supplies (stationery, food, cleaning, etc.).
Track inventory of books, uniforms, and learning materials.
Supervise timely opening and closing of the centre.

Staff Coordination & Support
Maintain attendance and leave records for teachers and support staff.
Assist in scheduling staff meetings, training, and workshops.
Support teachers with logistics for events and classroom needs.
Ensure smooth coordination between teaching and daycare teams.
5.
Finance & Record Keeping
Manage petty cash and maintain expense records.
Support fee collection, reconciliation, and reporting to management.
Maintain registers for admissions, student attendance, and transport (if applicable).
Submit daily/weekly reports to the Centre Head or Franchise Owner.
6.
Marketing & Event Support
Assist in executing local marketing activities like banners, flyers, and social media campaigns.
Support in planning and organizing school events, celebrations, and parent engagement programs.
Coordinate photography, decor, and logistics for events.
7.
Compliance & Safety
Maintain student records, medical details, and emergency contact lists.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and fire safety protocols.
Manage visitor logbook and access control.
Report any incidents or accidents immediately to the Centre Head.
