FCI India, part of FCI London, one of the UK's largest luxury furniture showrooms, is looking for a dynamic and reliable individual with prior admin experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with both administrative tasks and sales support in our showroom. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organised, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations in the showroom.
Greet customers, assist in product sales, and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and manage customer inquiries.
Schedule appointments and book calls as required.
Handle various backend admin tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and managing inventories.
Support the team with showroom management and assist with maintaining an organised, welcoming environment.
Requirements:
Proven admin experience, with a background in sales or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office and basic office management tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be based in Mumbai, India.
