The Admin & Sales Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing day-to-day operations, and assisting the sales team in achieving business targets.
This role involves coordinating with clients, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office functioning while driving sales growth.

Handle daily office operations, correspondence, and documentation.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for invoices, client records, and agreements.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Support HR in attendance, leave tracking, and basic employee coordination.
Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
Sales Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Coordinate with clients for service scheduling, feedback, and documentation.
Maintain client database and track ongoing projects or contracts.
Support marketing and promotional activities (events, campaigns, digital outreach).
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in administrative and/or sales roles (healthcare experience preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated with a customer-service mindset.
