Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Digital Marketing:Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility Follow up with leads generated through online platforms, emails, and campaigns Support sales team with client coordination, proposals, and follow-ups Maintain and update CRM with client details and communication records Prepare and present sales reports and digital campaign performance summaries Coordinate with the marketing team for social media content, email campaigns, and SEO initiatives

Administrative Tasks:Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning Handle documentation, data entry, filing, and basic HR support tasks Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate with internal teams Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and internal communication

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of digital marketing tools ( Social Media, Email Marketing) Basic understanding of sales and lead generation processes Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva is a plus Familiarity with CRMs and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

MBA in Marketing specialization. 0-2 years of experience in admin, sales, or digital marketing roles
