Manages sales data, supports the sales team and handles administrative duties. Preparing, maintaining quotations, proposals & cost estimates for clients using Microsoft Excel. Responding to customer inquiries & providing additional information as needed. Responsible for preparing accurate and timely price quotations for customers, often involving analysis of costs, materials, and project requirements. Managing sales documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. Maintaining accurate sales records and customer databases. Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery. Scheduling and managing calendars for the sales team. Handling general office tasks and assisting with the coordination of sales events.
