Key Responsibilities: Sales Coordination:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails.
Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, demos, or product deliveries.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM or Excel.
Track sales orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with the sales team.
Administrative Support:
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems (digital & physical).
Manage vendor communications, purchase orders, and inventory logs.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as required.
Coordinate internal meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR or finance team with basic admin-related tasks when required.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good coordination and multitasking ability
Knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
Time management and organizational skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a similar role (admin/sales support)
