The Sales & Procurement Coordinator will support day-to-day commercial and operational activities by preparing customer documents in the ERP system, coordinating with customers and vendors, and assisting in basic project coordination and documentation.
Key responsibilities
ERP Documentation
Prepare quotations, delivery notes, and invoices accurately using the company's ERP system.
Customer Communication
Communicate with customers for quotation follow-ups and respond to basic commercial queries.
Procurement Coordination
Coordinate procurement of IT hardware by obtaining prices and availability from vendors and placing purchase requests/orders.
Project Documentation
Assist in preparing and maintaining IT project-related documentation and records.
Meeting Coordination
Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes of meeting.
Documenting and tracking HR activities like timesheet and employee coordination.
Desired skills and qualifications
Experience with ERP or billing/invoicing systems (preferred in IT or similar industry).
Basic understanding of IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, networking, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Good proficiency in MS Office is a must (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to organize tasks, meet timelines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
