Position: Brand & Operations Coordinator

Role Overview:

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, loves organizing and coordinating multiple moving parts, and has a creative flair. You'll be the bridge between our brand and our partners, stores, customers, and agencies. If you're resourceful, detail-oriented, and a proactive communicator, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Admin: Manage daily admin tasks related to store operations and internal workflows. Maintain and update inventory records across platforms. Track and manage logistics and delivery status. Coordinate with courier/logistics partners to resolve delivery issues. Agency & Vendor Coordination: Be the point of contact for PR and influencer agencies. Ensure timely execution of deliverables and campaigns. Liaise with multiple offline/online stores and ensure brand alignment. Customer Coordination: Respond to customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate returns, exchanges, and feedback loops. Creative & Marketing Support: Create basic ad creatives using Canva. Collaborate with the founder to brainstorm campaign ideas. Coordinate with influencers and track campaign outcomes. Support with email and social media content execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and admin tracking Fluent in English - Written & Spoken Working knowledge of Canva (or willingness to learn quickly) Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented A creative eye with basic understanding of aesthetics and branding Prior experience in admin, coordination, or brand support roles preferred
Bonus if you have:

Experience working with creative brands, e-commerce, or lifestyle startups Familiarity with Shopify, Notion, or project management tools like Trello/Asana

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,500.00 per month
