Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries, both internal and external.
Manage correspondence including email, phone calls, memos, and reports.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical records, files, and documentation.
Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support office operations such as supply management, equipment coordination, and workspace organization.
Compile data and generate routine reports for management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Represent the administration team in meetings and relay information accurately.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy standards.
