We are having urgent opening for Admin Reporting Manager with one of our MNC client @Gurgaon.
Job Title :- Adming Reporting Manager
Shift time :- 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Mode :- Third Party Payroll
Accountabilities Major Activities
Data Collection
and Management

• Ensure data collection from various internal and external sources including

vendors

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness
• Maintain accurate base data to enable reporting

Report Generation
and Analysis

• Develop and produce regular and ad hoc reports to support administrative

needs

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Present findings and recommendations to function head and other

stakeholders

• Participate in negotiations and contract discussions as needed

Process
Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes
• Implement best practices for data management and reporting
• Develop and maintain reporting templates and standards

Compliance and
Security

• Ensure that all reporting activities comply with company policies and

regulations

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and compliance

Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role

• Proven experience in managing reporting functions
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proactive and results-driven approach
