Roles & Responsibilities:



Coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence

Managing office operations: scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining records

Coordinate Office Maintenance, repair work.

Handling communication: answering calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence

Coordinating logistics: booking travel, arranging events, and managing calendars

HR and Finance: Assisting with staff onboarding, payroll, and expense tracking

Maintaining supplies and equipment: ordering stationery, troubleshooting office tech, IT

Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person.

Handling incoming and outgoing Courier and deliveries

Maintaining the reception area--keeping it tidy and presentable

Providing basic information to visitors and callers

Tele calling on hot leads to prospective students / parents

Desired Candidate Profile:



Professional appearance and demeanour

Multitasking and time management

Basic computer literacy (email, scheduling software, etc.)

Calm under pressure and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Discretion with sensitive information

Graduate in English Medium with minimum of 2 years of experience. Lady Candidate only.

Drive to earn high incentive.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 51 per week
