Lead end-to-end administrative setup of new factories, including:
New office and facility infrastructure setup
Cafeteria design and setup for 500+ employees
IT infrastructure, medical centre, and guest house setup
Temporary office container setup for employee seating
Security infrastructure, access control systems, and surveillance network installation.
12. Maintain OHC
Manage the Occupational Health Centre and coordinate periodic employee health check-ups.
Ensure collaboration with local hospitals for medical tie-ups and emergency support.
