The Admin Operator is responsible for handling administrative, academic, and office operations of the college. The role supports smooth functioning of departments by managing records, data, communication, and coordination with students, faculty, and authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain student admission records, attendance registers, and academic files
Handle data entry related to students, faculty, examinations, and results
Prepare official letters, notices, circulars, and reports
Assist in examination-related work (forms, internal marks, university correspondence)
Maintain staff records, leave records, and basic HR documentation
Coordinate with departments, university, and regulatory bodies
Handle office emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Maintain records for accreditation, inspection, and audits
Support accounts section with basic data, fees records, and vouchers
Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of college records
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduation or equivalent qualification
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet
Good typing speed and accuracy
Knowledge of basic office and academic administration
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines, especially during admissions and exams
