We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Operations Executive
to support the daily administrative and operational activities of our Head Office. The ideal candidate will act as the central coordination point for all branches/centres, ensuring smooth communication, timely reporting, and efficient administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Coordination
Coordinate daily operations between the Head Office and all centres.
Ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and smooth communication across teams.
Assist in monitoring centre activities, requirements, and operational needs.
Administration & Documentation
Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documents.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and operational paperwork.
Prepare and maintain operations-related reports as required by management.
Finance Support
Handle petty cash with complete responsibility and accountability.
Maintain proper logs, receipts, and reconciliation for petty cash usage.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and centre heads.
Ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
Graduate
in any discipline (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills
in
English, Kannada, and Hindi
.
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs, email handling).
Prior experience in administration or operations preferred.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
