Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any field

Good Hindi & English communication skills

Confident and polite on phone

Basic knowledge of financial products & experienced candidate is a plus


Responsibilities:



Handling Documentation, Client Onboarding on BSE Star MF, Login Mutual Fund transactions & Insurance Cases, Handling Client Queries, Pitching insurance to our existing clients

Make outbound calls to potential clients/prospects

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

Work Smart, Learn AI tools with our in-house AI training


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?216,000.00 per year

Location:

Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
