Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations related to B2B activities.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow of B2B processes.
Prepare and maintain B2B documentation including agreements, invoices, reports, and operational records.
Monitor order processing, dispatch coordination, and follow-ups with clients and warehouse teams.
Handle vendor communication, negotiations, and documentation required for B2B transactions.
Assist in tracking performance metrics, MIS reports, and operational dashboards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and B2B operational guidelines.
Address client queries, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skill Set:
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good understanding of B2B operations, documentation, and workflow management.
Ability to analyze data and prepare operational reports.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
