Manage day-to-day requirements of Office material (Pantry and Housekeeping).
Handover of material as per the guidence at different sites and at factory.
Collect payments from clients/customers and issue receipts.
Handle the work of Bank of company.
Coordinate with internal departments for admin support.
Liaise with external service providers and utility companies.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in financial handling.
Requirements:
Graduation
Valid driver's license
and willingness to travel. (You must have your own vehicle)
