We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Officer to handle the smooth day-to-day operations of our PhD assistance company. The role includes tracking team performance, managing client records, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Support :
Track daily and monthly sales team output
Help in reporting and follow-ups for leads and closures
Technical Team Coordination :
Monitor task progress and submission timelines
Ensure projects are delivered on time with quality
Telesales Team Output :
Track daily call logs, leads generated, and conversions
Ensure proper lead handling and follow-up
Journal Team Management :
Monitor submission status, formatting, and communication with clients
Ensure proper documentation and timely delivery
CRM Handling :
Update and maintain client data in the CRM system
Follow-up on pending client tasks and update status regularly
People Handling :
Coordinate with all team members for updates
Handle basic HR support like attendance, leave tracking, and conflict resolution
Event Handling :
Plan and organize internal events and training programs
Ensure event logistics and team participation
Skills Required:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and follow deadlines
Team management and reporting ability
