Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain office cleanliness, utilities, stationery, and general upkeep.
Manage office assets, equipment, (computer systems, laptops, mobile phones, sim cards etc.) and AMC renewals.
Hotel Booking, Rail & Bus Ticket Booking, Office event planning.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain proper documentation including invoices, challans, LRs, purchase orders, agreements, and company records.
Ensure timely filing, updating, and retrieval of documents.
Managing and maintaining a record of Legal cases & old dues dealer files.
Facility & Infrastructure Management
Monitor office premises, electrical, furniture, IT equipment, and maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with the IT/technical team for system repairs, AMC, internet issues, etc.
Managing day-to-day works Company team application
Coordination & Communication
Act as a bridge between management, team members, and external service providers.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and hotel bookings.
Assist HR in event arrangements, joining formalities, induction processes, etc.
Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain stock records of office supplies, pantry materials, and stationery.
Monitor minimum stock levels and raise timely purchase requests.
Compliance & Support
Support audits, company compliances, and statutory documentation requirements.
Assist in preparing reports, Processing staff insurance claims, and administrative summaries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/B. Com/BA).
2-5 years' experience in office administration (manufacturing/ corporate preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), email handling, and documentation.
Problem-solving ability and multitasking skills.
Time management and ownership mind-set.
