Manage daily office administration, including documentation, filing, and record keeping
Coordinate procurement of office supplies, engineering consumables, and general materials.
Support HR with onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining records.
Maintain office infrastructure, equipment servicing, and liaise with facility management.
Process vendor invoices, maintain petty cash, and assist with basic accounting tasks.
Coordinate courier services, logistics, and follow-up with vendors and service providers.
Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and administrative documentation as required.
Ensure adherence to company policies, workplace hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
