Renew licenses, lease agreements & contracts
Liaise with govt. & statutory authorities
Manage labour contracts & RC renewals
Conduct inter-office visits for housekeeping & facility checks
Develop and coordinate with vendors, manage quotations
Support events, range visits, and logistics
Generate E-way bills & maintain billing/vendor files
Handle stationery, joining kits & resigned employee handovers
Prepare admin reports & maintain confidentiality
Supervise housekeeping & office supply management
Requirements:
Graduate with 3-4 years of relevant admin experience
Strong knowledge of licenses, contract renewals, and compliance
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Office & basic documentation
Willingness to travel locally for inter-office tasks
Strong communication and vendor management skills
Ability to multitask and support cross-functional teams
