Role Summary



We are looking for a reliable and motivated Admin officer to help with day-to-day

office administration, document filing, and basic accounting support.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and organize filing systems -- paper and digital documents Assist with basic accounts-related paperwork and documentation Answer phone calls, respond to emails and handle correspondence/communications Support other administrative tasks as assigned (scheduling, data entry, record-keeping, etc.

Requirements (Must-Have)



Good command of spoken and written English Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping and document handling Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel or equivalent) Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time/tasks Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a small team
