Job Description

Maintain overall discipline, hygiene, and work culture across factory premises. Ensure uninterrupted functioning of office infrastructure (electricity, water supply, office equipment, telecommunication, and internet). Oversee restrooms and drinking water facilities ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with statutory norms. Ensure pest control activities are conducted periodically. Supervise the repair, maintenance, and AMC of office and factory facilities. Ensure proper upkeep of company assets, furniture, fittings, and administrative supplies. Coordinate with security contractors for deployment, attendance, and discipline of security staff. Monitor entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials as per gate pass policy. Ensure fire extinguishers, CCTV cameras, alarms, and access controls are functional. Liaise with the Safety Officer/EHS team for compliance with Factory Act, fire safety norms, and emergency preparedness. Maintain records of visitors, contractors, and security incidents. Supervise daily housekeeping activities across offices, shop floor, stores, and common areas. Ensure compliance with waste disposal norms, including hazardous chemical waste in coordination with EHS. Ensure proper storage and disposal of scrap, plastic, and bio-medical waste (if any). Ensure statutory compliance under the Factory Act relating to restrooms, drinking water, and welfare amenities. Maintain statutory records related to contract labour (in coordination with HR/Legal). Liaise with government authorities (Gram Panchayat, MIDC, Police, Pollution Control Board, Local Municipal authorities, etc.) as and when required. Ensure permits, licenses, and factory-related NOCs (water, security clearance, etc.) are valid and renewed on time. Ensure transportation facilities (bus, vans, company vehicles) are available and maintained for employee commuting. Oversee company-provided accommodations/hostels (if applicable). Ensure availability of PPE kits, uniforms, and lockers for employees. Handle employee grievance related to facilities (transport, washrooms, drinking water, etc.) promptly. Manage service contracts related to housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance. Ensure contractors comply with legal and safety requirements. Process vendor bills after verification of services. Monitor performance of outsourced staff (housekeeping, drivers, gardeners, etc.). Maintain updated records of administrative assets (furniture, IT equipment, vehicles, office supplies). Issue and track office supplies, stationery, and consumables. Ensure cost control and budget adherence for admin purchases. Conduct periodic audits of admin assets and consumables. Support evacuation drills, accident management, and first aid arrangements. Ensure smooth coordination during strikes, natural disasters, or emergencies. Provide logistical support to HR and management during disciplinary actions or legal inspections. Maintain MIS reports for admin activities (transport usage, security logs, housekeeping records, etc.). Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly admin reports to management. Ensure systematic filing of admin documents (AMC, vendor contracts, statutory permits, etc.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
