Purpose of the Job
Self-motivated and talented Administration professional to support Admin operations in Coimbatore.
Responsible to comply with all EHS norms.
Responsible for delivery of Admin activities.
Support Site Manager -Administration Manager in executing Admin activities.

Employee Transport Management
Effective control of employee transport management, which includes route management.
Identifying the alternate routes to meet the challenges during rain, flood, natural calamities and during unrest.
Effective utilisation of route champions for better tracking and hands on information to take immediate decisions.
Hand on experience to optimise occupancy level.
Hands on experience for GPS management
Hands on experience for Periodic and surprise safety audit of the vehicles.
Basic knowledge about the maintenance of vehicles and knowledge to identify the gap
Basic knowledge about legel requirements of vehicle
Hands on experience for evaluation of usage of vehicles(running kms) cross verification of invoice including billing process
Canteen
Hands on experience for effective Industrial canteen management.
Ability to manage and co-ordinate with the canteen committee
Hands on experience to manage the canteen day to day issues
Ability to co-ordinate with canteen vendor and canteen committee for finalisation of menu.
Hands on experience for audits pertaining to canteen
Hands on experiecne for effective maintenance of canteen assets and its maintenance
Basic knowledge about legal requirements to run the canteen including gas bank management
Hands on experience for innovative ideas wth respect to canteen
Housekeeping and Pest
Hands on experience for effective housekeeping and pest management in the plant
Hands on experience for usage of chemicals, MSDS etc.
Hands on experience for effective utilisation housekeeping equipments, its AMC, maintenance
Hands on experience to follow the existing sytems and procedures.
Hands on experience for special and deep cleaning activities
Basic knowledge about the handling of hazardous waste and its disposal
Asset Management
Hands on experience on asset management
Front Office
Administration of Front Office and Backend Administration Services e.g Courier, Stationery etc
PR/PO
Raising PR, co-ordintion for release of PO and maintaining balance amount
Evaluation of all Admin invoices and clearing the same in the tool for payment
MIS
Daily Report of all Admin activities
Updated monthly MIS(spent)
No Due Certificate management
Capacity Management
Hands on experience on seating arrangements Updating and deleting occupancy data based on changes and allocation of work station.
Monitoring occupancy reconciliation (Document Vs actual).
Business Travel and Accommodation Management
Coordination for Travel Services; Travel and Lodging
FRRO process for expat's/VISA process for international travellers.
Managing dormitory and guest house.
Arranging accommodation for family and individual accommodation & facilities for out station employees.
Identifying new houses and negotiation with the agency/landlord and issue contract.
Booking hotel rooms.
Off Site and Event Management
Identifying the venue and arranging the offsite (meeting) programmes as per the requirement.
Arranging the outdoor activities as part of offsite programme.
Meeting hall arrangement.
Miscellleanous
Hands on experience on presentation skills
Ability to conduct operational review meeting with all service providers
Liaison with RTO and other Government official for legal formalities.
Qualification
Graduate and above with min 5 years experience in similar role specific to Indutrial Operation.
