at Kannan Tools & Dies is responsible for coordinating and supporting all administrative, facility, and security-related operations within the organization. The AO ensures smooth day-to-day operations across offices, shop floors, warehouses, and common areas while maintaining discipline, workplace hygiene, and compliance.
Ex-servicemen are preferred
for their strong discipline, integrity, crisis-handling ability, and experience in facility/security management.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Administration
Support daily administration activities across office and shop floor.
Monitor housekeeping quality, hygiene, and 5S implementation.
Coordinate transportation, canteen, drinking water, and general facilities.
Manage stationery, uniforms, ID cards, and office supply inventory.
2. Facility & Infrastructure Coordination
Coordinate maintenance requests with engineering/maintenance teams.
Track AMC services for CCTV, fire systems, AC, UPS, DG, and other utilities.
Ensure cleanliness, lighting, ventilation, and basic facility upkeep.
Maintain asset registers for admin-related equipment and furniture.
3. Security Coordination
Assist in managing security guards, duty allocation, and discipline.
Monitor CCTV operations, access control points, and visitor management.
Ensure proper documentation of movement registers (inward/outward).
Support emergency readiness and fire safety compliance.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain files for admin, facility, and security operations.
Track AMC agreements, service reports, and audit documents.
Support ISO, OSHA, customer audits with admin documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly admin reports as required.
5. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Assist in managing vendors for housekeeping, canteen, transport, and security.
Verify service quality and escalate issues to Admin Manager.
Ensure timely renewal of service contracts under admin scope.
6. Employee Support & Communication
Handle employee requests related to admin facilities.
Coordinate canteen feedback, transport timing, drinking water supply, etc.
Provide support during onboarding, events, meetings, and company functions.
7. Event & Logistic Support
Support company events, audits, client visits, training sessions, and meetings.
Arrange seating, refreshments, audio/visual setup, and logistics.
Required Qualifications
Any degree (Administration/Arts/Commerce preferred).
Ex-Servicemen highly preferred
for discipline and security/facility experience.
2-7 years of administrative experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred).
Good knowledge of housekeeping, CCTV, access control & facility coordination.
Computer skills (MS Office, Email, ERP advantage).
