Role Overview



We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Admin Executive who will manage the front desk while supporting daily office and administrative operations. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and you will handle invoices, documentation, and general office coordination.

Key Responsibilities



1. Front Desk & Reception Management



Greet visitors and handle inquiries politely and professionally. Answer incoming calls and manage email communication. Maintain visitor logs and notify relevant team members. Assist guests with seating, basic queries, and serve refreshments when needed. Ensure reception and meeting areas are clean and presentable.

2. Invoice & Documentation Management



Prepare, process, and maintain client and vendor invoices. Coordinate with the finance team for billing and timely payments. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation. Follow up on pending invoices and discrepancies.

3. Office Administration & Coordination



Handle incoming/outgoing couriers, letters, and packages. Track office supplies, stationery, and coordinate replenishments. Support Operations, HR, and Sales teams with printing, scanning, data entry, and follow-ups. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repair services. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements



Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (any stream). Good verbal communication skills in

English & Hindi

. Pleasant personality with confidence and politeness in interactions. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Freshers are welcome; experience in admin/reception roles is a plus.
