Manage office operations including stationery, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders for smooth office functioning.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and visitor records.
Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees.
Support HR and management in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and employee data.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, purchase, HR, inventory, and operations.
Collect, verify, and analyze data from different departments for management review.
Maintain dashboards and ensure timely submission of accurate reports.
Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and highlight deviations or areas for improvement.
Assist management in data-driven decision-making through well-organized reporting.
