Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to manage office operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficient functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Office Administrator, or similar role Proficient in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and office management tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative activities of the office Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents Maintain and organize filing systems, databases, and office records Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting Ensure the office environment is organized and stocked with necessary supplies Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up action
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month

Experience:

NBFC: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
