Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting management and staff in various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative processes.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and reports.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in onboarding new employees (ID cards, desk setup, etc.).
Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Business Administration or related).
1-3 years of experience in administration or office management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Positive attitude and team player.
Good English Communication is must.
