Project Administration



Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and records Support project managers with day-to-day administrative tasks Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with internal processes


2.

Client Management (Administrative Support)



Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding administrative matters Coordinate client communications related to documentation, scheduling, and logistics Ensure timely delivery of administrative requirements to clients Maintain professional and courteous client relationships


3.

Vehicle & Accommodation Management



Arrange transportation and lodging for project staff as per project needs Track and manage vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and availability Coordinate with vendors and service providers for bookings and logistics * Ensure cost-effective and timely arrangements aligned with project timeline
