Role Summary



The [Admin Manager/Officer] is the backbone of our daily operations. You will ensure that our office environment is efficient, professional, and supportive for all employees. Whether managing a team (Manager) or driving daily workflows (Officer), your goal is to streamline administrative procedures and maintain a highly organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities



Office Operations:

Oversee day-to-day activities including mail distribution, front-desk management, and facility maintenance.

Team Leadership (Manager Level):

Supervise, train, and mentor administrative staff. Conduct performance reviews and manage workload distribution.

Vendor & Facility Management:

Act as the primary contact for building management and external vendors (cleaning services, IT support, catering). Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency.

Budgeting:

Monitor office expenses, manage the administrative budget, and process invoices or expense reports.

Process Optimization:

Identify "bottlenecks" in current office workflows and implement digital tools or new policies to increase productivity.

Resource Management:

Manage inventory for office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything from stationary to hardware is stocked and functional.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure the workplace complies with health and safety regulations and maintain confidential company records.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience:

Manager:

5+ years in office management or a leadership role.

Officer:

0-4 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Tech Savvy:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Slack).

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to interact with everyone from interns to C-suite executives.

Organization:

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,199.10 - ₹40,000.00 per month
