Job Description

Requirements for Multi-speciality Hospital

Operations Management:

Supervise daily tasks, workflow, and facility maintenance to ensure a safe environment.

Financial Oversight:

Manage budgets, financial planning, resource allocation, and monitor expenses.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise administrative and support staff; resolve conflicts.

Compliance & Policy:

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, standards (like accreditation), and develop/update hospital policies.

Liaison & Communication:

Act as a link between doctors, nurses, management, patients, and external stakeholders.

Patient Experience:

Implement procedures to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care.

Supply & Records:

Manage ordering, stocking of supplies, and maintain secure patient/employee records.

Education:

Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration (BBA, PGDM).

Experience:

Proven experience in Hospital administration, leadership, or a similar role.

Skills:

Strong leadership, budgeting, organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and knowledge of healthcare IT/EHR systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
