Handle day-to-day administrative and facility operations
Manage vendors, security, housekeeping, transport, and maintenance
Maintain admin records, assets, and compliance documents
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Production teams
Control admin costs and ensure smooth office & factory operations
Requirements:
Graduate with minimum 7 years admin experience (manufacturing preferred)
Good vendor management and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of statutory compliance
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
