Manage daily schedules and appointments for the executive team.
Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Support various teams within the organization as needed, including but not limited to Human Resource, finance, and marketing.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
Plan and coordinated events, meetings, and conferences.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
Ensures travel authorizations, accommodations, and conference registrations for employees.
Manage general departmental administrative activities
Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).
Maintain cleanliness of office premise and equipment.
Maintainence of Office equipment is done as per schedule, contracts are reviewed and renewed as required.
Record keeping of stationary and providing the same.
Facilitate travel schedules and make travel arrangements for the employees by coordinating with travel agents and employees.
Arrange travel through internal or external agencies as required through accountant
