Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office management
Manage vendor coordination, facility management, and office supplies
Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, utilities, and housekeeping
Handle admin budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control
Support HR and management with administrative coordination
Maintain compliance with company policies and internal procedures
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting
Willingness to travel based on business needs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
