to run the daily administration and facility operations for our Chennai corporate office and construction project sites. You will ensure our workspace is efficient, compliant, and well-supported.
Core Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee the smooth daily running of the corporate office. Manage utilities, maintenance, and housekeeping staff.
Facility & Site Support:
Ensure all project site offices and facilities are operational and supported.
Vendor Management:
Handle all office contracts, negotiate pricing with vendors (security, supplies, maintenance), and manage procurement/purchasing.
Budget & Asset Control:
Track administrative spending, manage the admin budget, and maintain inventory of all company assets (furniture, equipment).
Logistics:
Manage all corporate travel bookings and company vehicle fleet maintenance/scheduling.
Compliance Support:
Ensure all office licenses and administrative documentation are current and legally compliant.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the administrative support team (reception, drivers, assistants).
Requirements:
Experience
: Minimum 7 years in Administration/Facility Management.
Industry
: Must have experience managing administration in the real estate, construction, or corporate sector.
Skills
: Strong budgeting, negotiation, and communication skills (English and Tamil preferred).
Education
: Bachelor's degree required.
