Job Description

The Admin Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all administrative, facility management, and statutory compliance activities at Rivera Coil Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. The role ensures a safe, compliant, cost-effective, and well-organized working environment that supports uninterrupted manufacturing operations and employee well-being.

Roles & Responsibilities



1. Administrative & Plant Operations



Manage end-to-end administrative functions for the manufacturing plant and office. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of administrative services supporting production operations. Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and SOPs.

2. Facility & Infrastructure Management



Oversee maintenance of factory buildings, offices, utilities, and common facilities. Manage housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation, and other support services. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline across the plant premises. Coordinate AMCs and preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions.

3. Statutory & Legal Compliance



Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements, including: Factories Act Contract Labour (R&A) Act PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages Maintain statutory registers, licenses, and ensure timely renewals and returns. Liaise with government authorities, inspectors, and auditors during inspections. Ensure readiness for internal, external, and statutory audits.

4. Vendor, Contractor & Contract Labour Management



Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and contractors for admin-related services. Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms. Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and statutory norms. Manage contract manpower in coordination with HR and ensure statutory compliance.

5. Asset, Inventory & Cost Control



Maintain accurate records of company assets, office equipment, and admin inventory. Ensure asset tagging, verification, and periodic audits. Prepare and manage the annual admin budget. Monitor expenses and implement cost optimization initiatives.

6. Safety, Health & Environment (EHS) Support



Support implementation of EHS policies and safety standards across the plant. Ensure availability and proper use of PPE, fire safety systems, and first-aid facilities. Coordinate safety audits, mock drills, and emergency preparedness activities. Promote a strong culture of safety and compliance.

7. Employee Services & Welfare



Address employee grievances related to administration, facilities, and welfare. Support employee welfare initiatives as per company policy. Ensure a safe, comfortable, and employee-friendly workplace.

8. MIS, Documentation & Reporting



Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation. Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

9. Cross-Functional Coordination



Coordinate with HR, Production, Finance, Maintenance, and EHS teams. Support management during audits, certifications, and customer visits. Assist in plant expansion, relocation, or new facility setup activities.

10. Team Leadership & Discipline



Lead, guide, and supervise the admin team and support staff. Ensure discipline, adherence to company policies, and performance accountability. Train and develop team members for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,110.79 per month
