The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring efficient functioning of all non-teaching departments. The role includes managing facilities, transport, housekeeping, security, vendor coordination, documentation, and ensuring compliance with school policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Administration
Manage all administrative activities to ensure smooth school operations.
Maintain school infrastructure, classrooms, labs, office spaces, and campus amenities.
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff.
Ensure timely repairs and upkeep of buildings, furniture, electrical and plumbing systems.
2. Facility & Resource Management
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the campus.
Oversee AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for equipment, CCTV, fire safety, IT equipment, etc.
Maintain inventory of school assets and ensure regular audits.
3. Transport Management
Coordinate school bus operations including routes, schedules, and driver/helper management.
Ensure RTO compliance, vehicle fitness, insurance renewal, and GPS tracking monitoring.
Address parent queries related to transport.
4. Vendor & Procurement Management
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate rates for supplies and services.
Oversee procurement of stationery, uniforms, cleaning supplies, furniture, and equipment.
Maintain purchase records, quotations, and vendor performance evaluation.
5. Staff Management
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of admin/support staff.
Prepare duty rosters for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and drivers.
Conduct training and orientation programs for support staff.
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure fire safety, first-aid availability, and emergency preparedness.
Maintain statutory records and documents (RTO, building safety, fire NOC, etc.).
Ensure CCTV monitoring and campus safety protocols.
7. Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with academic staff for daily operational needs.
Handle parent queries related to admin matters.
Prepare and submit timely reports to management.
8. Event & Logistics Management
Organise logistics for school events, meetings, functions, and examinations.
Arrange seating, sound system, stage, decor, and support staff.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
