The Admin Manager will oversee all administrative operations of Challani Jewellery Mart to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments. This role requires excellent coordination, facility management, vendor handling, and people management skills to support efficient business operations
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all administrative activities including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office supplies.
Supervise and coordinate facility operations for showroom, office, and warehouse.
Handle vendor management -- quotations, negotiations, and service agreements.
Ensure proper functioning of infrastructure, utilities, and office equipment.
Oversee travel arrangements, transport, and accommodation for staff and guests.
Maintain and monitor AMC contracts, licenses, and compliance documents.
Support HR in employee-related services (ID cards, seating, attendance logistics, etc.).
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and security standards.
Prepare and monitor administrative budgets and expense reports.
Coordinate with departments for smooth execution of internal events and audits.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Administration / Management or related field.
Minimum
5-8 years
of experience in administration, preferably in retail or jewellery sector.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and vendor negotiation ability.
Proficient in MS Office and administrative documentation.
Ability to handle multitasking and problem-solving under pressure.
