About the Role



We are seeking an experienced

Admin Manager (Retired Police Officer)

between 50-60 years of age for our infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, security management, and compliance. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to maintain discipline, and strong liaisoning with government authorities. The candidate should be proactive, vigilant, and capable of managing multi-site operations while ensuring smooth administration and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day administration of office and project sites. Supervise facility management - security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and utilities. Monitor and manage security personnel to ensure discipline and vigilance. Conduct surprise inspections and audits for security & admin checks. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws. Liaise with local police, government authorities, and regulatory bodies. Handle emergencies, crisis situations, and incident investigations. Maintain workplace discipline across sites and offices. Support HR in handling employee misconduct, disputes, and grievances. Implement workplace safety measures, fire drills, and emergency preparedness. Conduct risk assessments at sites and implement preventive actions. Safeguard company assets, materials, and property from theft or misuse. Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and community leaders. Ensure smooth coordination between admin, site teams, and management. Prepare and submit periodic reports on security, administration, and compliance.

Requirements



Retired Police Officer and Age between 50 - 60 years. Minimum 25+ years of service experience in law enforcement, administration, or security management. Proven track record in handling security, vigilance, and disciplinary functions. Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Ability to handle emergency situations, incident investigations, and crisis management. Good liaisoning skills with police, government bodies, and local authorities. Strong leadership skills to supervise security & admin teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills. Able to manage multi-site operations. Preference for candidates with prior exposure to construction / infrastructure / industrial environments.
