About the Company



Premier House is a Mumbai-based company with one of its key divisions engaged in renting and managing commercial properties and investing in real estate assets. We are seeking a dynamic

Admin Manager

with an engineering background to independently manage property operations, maintenance, refurbishments, and administrative oversight across our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee end-to-end management of commercial properties, including lease renewals, tenant relations, and documentation. Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance, renovation, and fit-out projects involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, furniture, and firefighting systems. Evaluate contractor quotations, negotiate rates, and ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. Coordinate with brokers, consultants, and developers for leasing, handovers, and NOCs. Track rental inflows, monitor expenses, and prepare periodic MIS and ROI reports for management. Manage service providers and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) for all properties. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, property taxes, insurance renewals, and safety standards. Oversee general office administration, procurement, and vendor management.

Qualifications & Experience



Degree or Diploma in

Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

.

7-12 years

of experience in real estate administration, property management, or facilities operations. Proven ability to lead maintenance contractors and manage multiple refurbishment projects independently. Strong technical understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety). Proficiency in

MS Office

, Excel-based MIS reporting, and government registration/compliance portals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Past Experience



Candidates with prior experience in the following types of organizations will be preferred:

Real Estate Developers

(e.g., Lodha, Oberoi Realty, Kalpataru)

Property / Facilities Management Firms

(e.g., CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield)

Corporate Facility or Admin Departments

of large companies

Engineering or Interior Contracting Companies

handling client coordination and project execution
