We are looking for a highly organized and experienced
Admin Manager
to oversee and streamline our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 10 years of experience
with demonstrated exposure to both
real estate
and
banking sectors
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations, office infrastructure, and vendor management
Handle real estate-related documentation, agreements, and compliance tracking
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for business operations and documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements for the office and property
Oversee procurement, office supplies, and asset management
Maintain records, licenses, leases, and key business documents
Support inter-departmental needs including HR
Lead a team of support staff and maintain high service standards
Assist Legal team in documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum
10 years of experience
in administration with strong exposure to
real estate and banking operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with administrative software tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred:
Background in real estate development, property management, or financial institutions
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and corporate compliance
