Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the full cycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.

Employee Relations:

Address concerns, manage disciplinary issues, and foster a positive environment.

Policy & Compliance:

Develop, implement, and update HR policies, ensuring legal compliance.

Payroll & Benefits:

Oversee salary processing, benefits administration, and records.

Training & Development:

Coordinate programs for employee growth and engagement.

Performance Management:

Support performance appraisal systems and succession planning.

Office Management:

Ensure smooth daily operations, manage supplies, vendors, and facilities finalisation.

Govt Liasoning : IDW, BMC, BDA and Labour Laws and legal knowledge.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
