We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative and Operations Manager to oversee the entire operational framework of our company. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can seamlessly manage and integrate the outputs of our technical, sales, and administrative teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee all day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across all departments.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative policies and procedures.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to achieve company goals.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Team and Performance Management:
Technical Team:
Monitor the output of our academic writers and editors to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality of all PhD assistance services. Track project milestones, resolve any technical or resource-related bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to academic standards.
Sales Team:
Supervise the sales team's performance, ensuring they meet and exceed client acquisition targets. Analyze sales data, streamline the client onboarding process, and foster seamless communication between sales and service delivery teams.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Act as the central liaison, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the technical, sales, and administrative departments to ensure a cohesive and unified effort.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) from every department.
Provide regular, comprehensive reports to senior management on the overall health and performance of the company, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Utilize data to make informed decisions and strategic recommendations for business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role, preferably within an educational services or academic-focused company.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams and resolving conflicts effectively.
