The Admin Manager will oversee all administrative, operational, and compliance functions of GoSchool and the ADYPG group. This role requires a detail-oriented,organized professional with strong experience in school administration--preferably in an international school environment--who can efficiently manage documentation, budgeting, facilities, official correspondences, and legal formalities. The position also involves close coordination with the COO and project heads for group-level administrative operations and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities
? Supervise and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning across all school departments.
? Oversee the team and maintain operational efficiency and safety.
? Manage procurement processes, vendor selection, contract renewals, and service-level agreements.
? Prepare and maintain official correspondences, reports, circulars, and regulatory documentation according to management requirements and institutional standards.
? Ensure timely completion of all legal formalities, licenses, renewals, and compliance filings with relevant authorities.
? Support the school leadership team during audits, inspections, and board- affiliation renewals.
? Prepare, track, and manage the annual school and administrative budget; monitor vendor payments, staff salary, invoices, and day-to-day expenses.
? Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and archives for all administrative and compliance documents.
? Manage logistical arrangements for school events, training programs, and board-related activities.
? Facilitate smooth internal communication and coordination across all departments and external stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities - ADYPG Group
? Handle administrative documentation and record management for group-level
projects.
? Maintain project budget sheets, expense records, and payment tracking to
ensure financial transparency.
? File and track all licenses, permits, and renewals for ADYPG group institutions
and initiatives.
? Coordinate closely with the COO and project heads for timely completion of
administrative deliverables, compliance filings, and documentation reviews.
? Support inter-departmental communication and reporting across the group's
ongoing projects.
? Assist in overall administrative planning, logistics, and operational oversight
for ADYPG group expansions and events.
Qualifications and Experience
? Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's
preferred).
? Minimum 5-7 years of experience in administrative operations, preferably with
at least 2 years in an international school environment.
? Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and school ERP systems.
? Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
? Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.
