Maintaining Members File and records.

Drafting of Notices and Circulars as asked for and sending it to Committee for approval. (In consultation of Back Office)

On approval, getting it signed by MC and display in Notice Board.

Drafting of AGM/ SGM minutes and putting before committee for finalisation. ((In consultation of Back Office)

Drafting of Managing Committee meeting Agenda & Minutes. (In consultation of Back Office)

Checking daily attendance of regular vendors like HK, Security, Gardener etc.

Bill processing post completion of work

Arranging new vendor quotations as per requirement.

Maintaining files for correspondence with various authorities.

Drafting Correspondence with members on be half of society. (In consultation of Back Office)

Sending o/s letters to members wherever required. ((In consultation of Back Office)

Maintaining other files like Quotations, Bills, Vendors, AMCs etc.

Completing Transfer formalities in case of Sale or Gift. (In consultation of Back Office)

Maintaining/Updating Statutory Register - "I", "J", Share Register, Asset Register, Investment register, Stock etc. (In consultation of Back Office)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
